Before we continue let's get something straight - I am not a Seattle fan, I am Cowboy through and through but because we sucked out loud, yet again and failed to make the post season I had to improvise. This SuperBowl was actually really hard for me. I have a personal ruling stating "I shall not root for a Manning" but at the same time I really, really dislike Pete Caroll. Honestly, the only reason I chose to "go" for Seattle was because my niece's cousin is Marshawn Lynch. So, CONGRATS SEATTLE on this big win! Cool, got that out of the way.
I probably should've titled this, "It's About Time We Head to the Beach" because OMG, the weather this past week was amazing! I took Sneak and Spike to the beach on Thursday and it was so relaxing! Like really, unless we go to Guam or Hawaii, I am definitely going to miss the long Oki "winter" (the average temp this weekend was 72 - can't get much better than that!) Anywho, deciding to take advantage of the great weather J and I took some pictures at the beach and we had so much fun frolicking around like children. It was a great distraction from school and everything else that's been going on. Oh! And we went to a bbq for one his co-worker's wives. Congrats Krissy for putting on SSgt! The bbq was cool and everything but the highlight was their adorable dog Chloe. She's half boxer, half black lab and she has the most beautiful big dog eyes...I LOVE IT!! I also learned a rather interesting piece of information yesterday, but it's for me to know...and for you to find out later.
